Returns & Refund Policy

30-Day Return Policy
Our goal at rallypants is to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging. Please note that certain types of goods are exempt from being returned.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Gift cards
  • Some health and personal care items

Return Process
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact us at info@rallypants.com before sending your item back to us.

Partial Refunds
In certain cases, only partial refunds may be granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund, first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company, as it may take time before your refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@rallypants.com.

Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, send us an email at info@rallypants.com.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit upon the return of the item. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or the giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will refund the gift giver.

Shipping Returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item to rallypants in California, USA. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
